All work is carried out as per the agreed written quote or specification. Changes must be confirmed in writing and may affect lead time or pricing.
All prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at 8% p.a. and recover reasonable costs associated with collection.
We retain legal ownership of all goods until full payment is received. If payment is not made, we may enter your premises to recover unpaid goods, to the extent permitted by law.
Estimated delivery or completion dates are indicative only. We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, logistics, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.
You must inspect goods or services upon receipt. Any defects or non-conformities must be reported in writing within 5 business days.
We warrant our goods and services will be free from material defects in workmanship for a period of 6 months from delivery. This does not cover:
Where permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the price paid for the goods or services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profit, production time, or reputation.
Drawings, designs, and specifications remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. You may not copy, distribute, or use our IP without written consent.
Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
Cancellations are subject to any costs incurred up to that point, including material and labour costs.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
